At Velotric, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your e-bike, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in new condition, with less than 10 miles on the odometer and in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Bike
Carefully disassemble and pack the e-bike in its original factory box, ensuring all components, manuals, and chargers are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition and mileage of the bike, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
